VSD Food Machinery BV introduces a new generation of high temperature grill and baking units for the professional and industrial sector. A special feature is the adjustable airflow that is blown horizontally across the products at a constant temperature. Starting from the basic model, Culinair CB 25, all products for baking, frying and grilling, such as meat, poultry, game, lasagne, pate, etc. can be prepared at their very best. The Culinair is available as 1, 2 or 3 trolley unit with gas, electric or thermo oil heating system and is also available as walk through.

For some years now VSD has been engaged in the development of a new system for the meat-, fish- and poultry industry. The system is constructed totally in stainless steel and is capable of being built of customers specifications. The systems are suitable for roasting and grilling.
For the heating system can be electric, gas or thermo oil. If necessary it is possible to change the heating system at a later date
The Robot is available as 1 or 2 trolley unit with and is also available as walk through.
